Most of what you read about health is written for someone with more time, more energy and an emptier kitchen than you. Everything here is built for the life you have. Short written lessons you can read in the pockets of time you find, recipes you will cook more than once, and enough of the science, in plain English, that you understand why something works before you are asked to try it.
Most courses focus on one piece of the puzzle. These look at the whole picture.
Rooted in lifestyle medicine and current evidence. Looks at the whole person rather than one symptom in isolation. Practical, realistic and designed around a full life.
Written with warmth and without judgement, for women of all backgrounds and neurotypes, and for anyone else who finds it useful.

You are eating less than you have ever eaten, and nobody has told you how to do that well. How the medicine works, what to eat on it, what to do in the rough weeks, how to keep muscle, and the plan for after it stops. Twenty-four recipes.
A practical cookery course for the dark months. Five ways of cooking and 27 recipes, built on a store cupboard that will always give you supper.
Thirty days of cooking with beans and lentils more often. It starts with tins and builds to a pot cooked from dry, with 22 recipes along the way.
A four part course for the dark months. Light, warmth, rest and company, and how to make the most of the season rather than wait it out.
The dishes you would order in, cooked at home. Five ways of cooking that the Mediterranean and Asian kitchens share, taught as methods, with 25 healthy fakeaway recipes from an ordinary supermarket, and the evidence behind two of the best studied ways of eating in the world.
The festival table is free: three simple dishes from my September festival demos and one small shift to try this week. One tray, two coasts is £9.99: five one-tray suppers from the Mediterranean and Asia, with a lesson on reading food labels, and the taster for The Mediterranean Way, East and West. Stop starting again is £9.99, a short introduction to habit building for anyone who keeps restarting.
Every course is open from the day you join, so you start when you like and work through it in your own time. Each one is written, not filmed: short lessons, recipes with nutrition information and cook's notes, worksheets you can print, and a community area if you want company.
Pay once and you have access for a year. There are no live dates and nothing to keep up with. If you are not sure which course to start with, email admin@wholehealth360.com and I will point you at the right one.

They are written first for women in and around midlife, but the food and the science work for anyone. You do not need any prior knowledge, and none of this is about changing how you look.
No. There is no counting, no restriction and no list of forbidden foods. The approach is eating as care, not correction.
No. The recipes assume an ordinary kitchen, a tin opener and not much time. Each one comes with cook's notes, and the lessons explain why a dish works as well as how to make it.
A year from the day you join. The whole course is open from the start, so you can go straight to the part you need and come back to the rest when it suits you.
You have a statutory 14 day right to cancel. Because the course opens straight away, you agree at checkout to waive that right once you start it. If you are unsure, try the free course first.
