Whole Health 360 is a movement for whole-person health, built on the principles of lifestyle medicine and designed for how people actually live now. Whole health sits at the centre. Around it, six principles shape the habits and choices that influence how we feel, think and live.
We bring together evidence-based nutrition, the psychology of behaviour change and the principles of lifestyle medicine to help you understand the root causes of how you feel and build the confidence to do something about them.
When the knowledge makes sense and the skills are within reach, sustainable change stops feeling like a struggle and starts feeling like your life. Cutting through the noise.
Whole Health 360 was created by Kim Close, a nutritionist, lecturer and functional wellness educator.
Kim has spent her career helping people understand why they feel the way they do, and she knows how hard real change is when there is no room for one more thing on the list. The voice behind the work belongs to a woman who cooks, reads the research and has seen midlife arrive in her own life and in the lives of many of the women she has worked with.
This is not another diet, and not a wellness performance brand. The guidance here is evidence-based, practical and built for a full life, offered with empathy and never judgement.
Kim holds a BSC Psychology (1st class), has qualifications in Behaviour Change, Health Coaching, Nutritional Therapy and is a fully qualified Higher Education lecturer.
